One of my brides wanted a picture of her lovely wedding shoes in her coffee table book. I don't blame her-Manolo Blahniks no less. After having alot of fun with the shoot, I must have been dreaming about shoes, as I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall back asleep. So, of course, I shot more shoes.

COC Noon hour recital

Yesterday's shoot for the COC was the Ensemble Studio’s newest soprano, Simone Osborne performing songs by Rodrigo, Liszt, Strauss and a new work dedicated to her by composer Iman Habibi. She was fantastic, the work by Habibi was lovely and the sunshine was amazing! I love the shadows on the floor.....

Haven't looked through them all but my favorite so far....

My new gig....

So nothing to do with my photography, but my other career....Starting a new gig at Michelle's Brasserie in September doing french chanson avec Mark Rainey, a fabulous singer. I'll be playing piano and accordion. More details to follow.....

Shadi & Jason Wedding

Shadi & Jason were married in June, and though there was threat of rain, the sky opened up to a glorious day. The persian ceremony was gorgeous, but not as gorgeous as Shadi!
And Jason looks pretty good too....


I love the bridesmaids fussing over Shadi and each other!
